RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

In case of concluding a distance contract, Consumers (private persons) have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The right of withdrawal shall expire 14 days after the day on which the consumer (private person) acquires possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires possession of the goods. In order to exercise their right of withdrawal, consumers (private person) must inform us of their decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). Consumers (private individuals) may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for consumers (private individuals) to send information on the exercise of their right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Please send it back without delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you have informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the item back to the Consumer (private person) before the expiry of the 14 day deadline. Consumers (private persons) shall only be liable for any reduction in the value of an item resulting from its use in a manner other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. We may withhold reimbursement of payments until we have received the item, or until we have been provided with proof of its return, whichever occurs first. Consumers (private individuals) will have to bear the direct cost of returning the item. Effects of withdrawal In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by you other than the cheapest usual method of delivery offered by us), immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract. We will reimburse you using the same payment methods as you used in the original transaction, unless Consumers (private individuals) have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, no fees will be payable by Consumers (private individuals) in connection with the reimbursement.
