Instructions for Reporting Service Repairs for aeroMind Customers

How to Report a Repair Step by Step:

  1. Register a Repair Order:

    • Go to the website:
    • Fill out the registration form, providing your contact details (name, phone number, email address) and information about the device (model, description of the fault).
  2. Prepare the Device:

    • Create a backup of the data stored on the device.
    • Remove all personal data and disable any security passwords.
    • Remove any additional elements, such as protective films, protective glass, stickers, decorations.
    • If you are including a battery, discharge it to the Storage level.
    • Remove any memory cards.
  3. Deliver the Device:

    • You can deliver the device in person or send it by courier to the address:

      This is the address of the service center that performs service repairs on behalf of aeroMind.
    • Ensure the packaging is adequately secured for transportation. If the device is sent to a different address, you bear the cost of shipping to the correct address.
    • Personal delivery is possible after prior contact and scheduling of the date and time.
  4. Confirmation of Receipt:

    • After delivering the device to the service center, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of the device. This document only confirms the delivery of the device, not the acceptance of claims.
  5. Diagnosis and Repair:

    • The service center will diagnose the device to determine the cause of the fault. The diagnosis result will be provided in the Servisant system.
    • The cost of the diagnosis is 100 PLN net. If you accept the repair cost estimate, the diagnostic fee will not be charged.
    • If the repair requires part replacement, you will receive a cost estimate by email. The repair cost includes the fee for repair services and the price of the replaced parts.
  6. Acceptance of Costs:

    • If you accept the cost estimate, the repair will be carried out. The diagnostic fee will not be charged if you accept the repair offer.
  7. Collection of the Device:

    • After the repair is completed, you will receive an email notification about the possibility of collecting the device or its shipment.
    • The device will be released or shipped after all payments are settled.
    • Personal collection is possible after prior contact and scheduling of the date and time.
