Calibration of 1 ATMON FL module
Professional, take care of your equipment!
A reminder! Periodic inspections of the ATMON FL measuring modules should be performed every 6 months, but at least once a year!
The Nanosens specialists guarantee the highest quality of calibration of your measuring instruments, thanks to their many years of experience and vast practical knowledge. Internationally proven procedures and a standardised operating programme ensure that each calibration carried out is guaranteed to be consistent and measurement coherent.
By default, on this page you can request calibrations for 1 module. If you have more, please add as many to your basket as many measuring modules you have.
All available measuring modules ATMON FL:
- NH3 - ammonia
- HCL - hydrogen chloride
- CL2 - chlorine
- HCN - hydrogen cyanide
- NO2 - nitrogen dioxide
- SO2 - sulphur dioxide
- CO2 - carbon dioxide
- C2H6O - ethanol
- HCHO - formaldehyde
- RI - respiratory irritant complex
- AQ - air quality complex
- VOC - volatile organic compounds
- O3 - ozone
- PM - particulate matter
- H2S - hydrogen sulphide
- NO - nitrogen oxide
- CO - carbon monoxide
- ATM-FL-BPM - sampling module
It's easy! Order a calibration (put the number of modules corresponding to your measurement modules in the basket) and send us your ATM-FL. After calibration, it will be sent back to the address you specified.
All technical inspections, maintenance and calibrations are performed by NANOSENS service, i.e. the manufacturer at his premises. This is done by a team of experienced service engineers, who are responsible for the creation of your ATMONA FL.
If you have any further questions, please contact us by email - aeroMind team.
If your equipment is under warranty, module calibration is essential to maintain it!

Detailed activities constituting the service:
1. diagnostics:
a) general inspection of the technical condition of the device
b) evaluation of external mechanical damage, if any - before starting up the
device
c) checking the readings of the appliance after switching it on, before carrying out further service work
d) assessment of the condition of the appliance's internal modules (water, corrosion, wear and tear of
mechanical components)
e) maintenance and cleaning of the above mentioned modules and elements
f) checking the operating parameters of the customer's power supply
g) checking the parameters of the power supply system, charging and battery consumption (full cycle
g) checking the parameters of the power supply, charging and battery consumption (full battery working cycle - 2x fully charged and fully discharged)
(h) status evaluation and technical parameter check of individual gas sensors
(i) software update of the control processor, if necessary
2. calibration:
(a) checking the response of the sensor to the reference gases
(b) adjustment of the characteristics of the individual sensors
(c) final calibration of sensor sensitivity with calibration gas
3. replacement of the sensor: is carried out when the sensor is worn out or its parameters significantly
sensor is worn out or its parameters differ considerably from the required ones (e.g. due to working in the concentration range not intended
range)
(a) Evaluation based on:
- initial analysis of sensor parameters as a result of inspection during the diagnostic process
- operating parameters of the sensor deviating from the standard in the sensor test carried out in the
the calibration process
b) Installation of a new sensor and carrying out stabilisation of the sensor (time for
stabilisation of the sensor parameters under operating conditions)
(c) checking the sensor parameters within the above mentioned period 1-3 times, depending on the sensor
(d) calibrating with reference gases
4. service repair of faults detected in the diagnostic process other than:
(a) sensor wear or damage
(b) soiling requiring standard cleaning without the use of additional cleaning and maintenance agents
cleaning and maintenance agents
The repair shall be commenced upon the acceptance by the customer of the submitted repair costs service.
Each service repair invoice is accompanied by a service protocol specifying the scope of the performed actions, used elements, subassemblies.
