The built-in AI model can detect vehicles, ships, and objects during search-and-rescue operations or routine flights. It also supports switching to other models, enabling the extension of AI application scenarios. Moreover, it allows for capturing high-resolution raster images and offers advanced tracking features.
The laser range finder enables precise real-time measurements. With simple operations such as pointing to a location, drawing lines, and calculating areas, it can perform tasks like marking target locations for inspections or calculating fire areas. Additionally, users can share information via QR codes in DJI Pilot or FlightHub 2, enhancing collaboration and efficiency.
DJI Pilot 2 can mark the central position of the camera frame and the observed terrain area. It allows the examined area to be displayed on a map, making it particularly useful during patrols and rescue operations in mountainous terrain without clear landmarks.
The capability to utilize intelligent features such as:
The Matrice 4 series has received a significant update to its night mode. The Full-Color Night Camera now supports three modes and features two levels of enhanced noise reduction. Equipped with an IR Cut Filter and NIR auxiliary light, it easily meets the challenges of low-light conditions, ensuring good visibility during search-and-rescue missions.
The cameras in the Matrice 4 series feature larger aperture openings and intelligent low-light operation capabilities, significantly improving efficiency and streamlining work at dusk and nighttime.
The Matrice 4 series is equipped with six high-resolution fisheye vision sensors for low-light operation, greatly enhancing visual positioning and obstacle avoidance capabilities in low-light conditions. This enables automatic obstacle avoidance, intelligent route changes, and safe return in urban low-light environments.
The Matrice 4 series features a medium telephoto camera, expanding its capabilities for mid-range inspection tasks. During inspections of power lines or bridges, it can detect screws and cracks from 10 meters away and clearly read data from instruments at substations.
The telephoto camera in the Matrice 4 series offers significantly improved clarity, providing a resolution of 48 MP, capable of capturing incredible details from signs up to 250 meters away.
Enhanced stabilization for the telephoto lens ensures that objects in the foreground remain stable and clear when photographing with a telephoto lens with 10x zoom or greater. In scenarios such as public safety and inspections, object details are clearly visible.
In conditions such as smog or atmospheric humidity, the Electronic Dehazing feature supports three modes (Low, Medium, High) to improve image clarity in the Matrice 4 series to suit different operating environments and requirements.
The wide-angle camera in the Matrice 4E supports fast shooting intervals of 0.5 seconds in both orthophotography and oblique photography modes, enabling rapid aerial measurements from multiple angles. Additionally, mapping flight speeds can reach up to 21 meters per second.
The Matrice 4 series supports new 5-directional oblique shots. The gimbal can intelligently rotate and capture from multiple angles based on the survey area, achieving multi-shot results in a single flight.
The Matrice 4E supports 3-directional ortho capture, enabling side capture during ortho data collection tasks, reducing side overlap. A single flight can perform mapping operations for an area of 2.8 km².
The DJI Matrice 4E supports the Smart 3D Capture feature, which allows capturing and creating a preliminary model directly on the remote control screen.
The Matrice 4 series comes with an integrated DJI RTK module that supports extended L5 frequency band and GNSS+Vision Fusion positioning and navigation systems. It allows for home-point updates using visual positioning, enabling rapid takeoff within 15 seconds. Even without GNSS signals, it can complete the return-to-home process, effectively overcoming obstacles and signal interference commonly found in urban environments.
When the DJI RC Plus 2 Enterprise controller is connected to the internet, it can load terrain elevation maps and pre-load detailed maps. This enables automatic path planning to avoid obstacles, effectively managing scenarios such as flying at night or through mountainous areas, ensuring the safety of aerial operations.
Enhanced image transmission with a download bandwidth of 20 MB/s, more than twice that of the Mavic 3 Enterprise Series.
The optional DJI AL1 light can illuminate objects up to 100 meters away and has two modes: Always-On and Strobe. It can connect to the gimbal, enabling it to track camera movements to illuminate areas in line with the camera view.
The optional DJI AS1 speaker offers impressive sound power and a long range. It has a broadcasting range of up to 300 meters and can produce a volume of up to 114 decibels at a distance of 1 meter. It supports pre-recorded messages, media import, text-to-speech conversion, real-time broadcasting, and echo cancellation.
The optional D-RTK 3 station can serve as a base station to provide centimeter-level positioning for multiple drones simultaneously or extend the operational range of drones in relay station mode.
