The service offered is dedicated to Yuneec H520E drone operators and comes in two variants: subscription and rental. The subscription consists in the fact that the user pays an annual fee, thanks to which he is entitled to a replacement drone for the time of repair at the manufacturer's service (Yuneec Europe) or authorized national services. You can use the rental on an ongoing basis depending on your needs, paying for each day of use of the drone.

General conditions:

• the replacement drone is entitled regardless of whether the problem was caused by the fault of the equipment or by the operator
• the repair is performed at the manufacturer's service or at authorized national repair services
• the repair for which a replacement drone will be provided must be a repair of a Yuneec H520E model
• The rental of a replacement drone is possible after presenting the service RMA number
• the replacement drone is ready to fly and fully equipped

Replacement drone package - subscription:

• payment of the annual fee
• during the subscription period the user has the right to a replacement drone without a time limit

Replacement Drone Package - rental:

• for one-time rental, the user rents a replacement drone for a specific number of calendar days and pays a daily rental fee
• the number of days is specified in the contract
• Extension of the rental is possible upon individual agreement
